Local experience, a careful eye, and a focus on what matters most to future homeowners.

My story started in Atlanta, GA as one of three boys in a family of five in a 3/2 ranch on a cul-de-sac. I loved to join my dad on the roof for gutter cleaning day (with the GA/FL game on the transistor radio), holding the flashlight for him while he waded into the crawlspace to turn on the sump when the creek flooded, building a doghouse… any home projects I could participate in. I was captivated watching an addition being built on our home… there’s still a hammer in that slab somewhere!
In 1998, my next chapter began with my passion for hiking and mountain biking, which led me here to WNC. I’ve lived in Waynesville, Clyde, Asheville, Weaverville and in Candler since 2003, where my daughter and I still live.
My occupational story includes many service and management positions in restaurants, sales and use tax reporting, direct care for people with disabilities, renovation, and painting. I have personal experience with major renovation, site preparation, home design, permitting and build from grass to dry-in.
Systems and processes, like those of a home, are my expertise, and people’s unique personalities are what drive me.
Homes are an intimate environment. We and our homes become part of each others’ stories. That’s why a home’s systems and unique qualities tell a story, too. I’m genuinely excited and honored to be considered for a role in your home buying chapter, putting together your home’s story, and to give you the clarity needed to turn the page with confidence.
